To retrieve your User Name you will need to enter your Organisation Code and Email address. Your User Name will then be emailed to you.

If you do not know your Organisation Code please contact your local System Administrator.

The email address is the one assigned to your Docman account.
If you are unsure which email address this is, then please contact your local System Administrator.
